Important Note:
Since tea is categorized as a food item and is subject to health and safety laws enforced by our Government, it cannot be returned once it has been sent or delivered to a consumer.
Returns and Exchanges
Iced Brew accepts refunds and exchanges on the majority of regular-priced tea ware and accessories, with the exception of tea goods, according to the following guidelines:
- Refunds and exchanges are only available for approved returns that are handled within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
- Items that are returned must be undamaged, undamaged from the original packaging, and undamaged from the original purchase.
- Items must be demonstrated to be broken or defective upon delivery from Iced Brew in order to be eligible for a replacement.
- We need a receipt or other proof of purchase in order to handle any refunds or exchanges.
Items That Are Not Refundable
- Tea in gift packs, tins, or bags (see the above critical point).
- Certificates and gift cards.
- Products with a discount or sale. Only items with standard prices may be eligible.
- Transport expenses.
Return Procedure
To verify your eligibility for a refund or exchange, we recommend that you email us at [email protected] . before returning the product to us along with evidence of purchase. As shipping charges are at your expense and are not refundable, knowing ahead of time will assist you avoid incurring extra fees.
After that, send the item back to Iced Brew in Iced Brew, Croftmyl, West Parade, Halifax, HX1 2EQ. When delivering a product that is worth more than € 50, we advise either getting shipping insurance or using a trackable delivery service. We cannot promise that we will get the merchandise you returned.
